Although I originally received the incorrect doormats, the customer rep (Dawn) was incredibly apologetic and went out of her way to make sure she sent the correct mats asap - and make return of the first maps so easy. The doormats are awesome after just a few days use.

I have had a Cape Cod Door Mat at my front door for many, many years and just ordered one for my back door on my deck. They are super strong, stand up in all kinds of weather, come in a great array of colors, and remove dirt from your shoes before you enter. I highly recommend them.
